During the last two years, members from many companies and institutions took part in the meetings, including ARC Seibersdorf research (AT), Automation Partners Oy (FI), Dow Process Automation (DE), ENEA (IT), Fachhochschule Bochum (DE), Fachhochschule Fulda (DE), Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe (DE), IASE (PL), IFAC-Beirat (AT), IFE (NO), PKN (PL), NTNU (NO), TU Delft (NL), TUEV Nord (DE), Univ. of Edinburgh (UK), Univ. of Erlangen-Nuremberg (DE).
- assess the state of the art in methods and tools for critical software development and maintenance in industrial environments
- develop standards and guidelines for the development and assessment of safe and secure systems
- disseminate information and knowledge in this field
- exchange technical knowledge between members
